How do I earn Rewards shopping on the Mall?
Every time you visit a participating merchant from our Shopping Mall and make a qualified purchase, you will earn Rewards for every dollar you spend. Earned Rewards will be displayed in your personal account as Reward Dollars.
Can I bookmark specific Mall merchants so I can skip linking from the Shopping Mall to the merchant, to shop and still earn Rewards?
No! You must link from the Shopping Mall to the merchant so we can properly track your purchase and credit your account.
How do I redeem Reward Dollars earned shopping on the Mall?
When you have accumulated $50 or more in your account prior to the end of a calendar quarter, you become eligible to redeem your Reward Dollars for Gift Certificates to select online merchants. Redemption of Reward Dollars is always available during the months of January, April, July, October. Other redemption months may be added from time to time and if so, shall be noted on the Redeem Rewards page.
What if I need to exchange or return an item purchased at a participating merchant?
Contact the merchant directly to institute a return or exchange.
Can I contact NEA Members Dividend Club Customer Service to ask for help with a return or exchange?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any questions related to specific purchases. You must contact the merchant directly.
If I make a return will the Rewards I earned for that return be deducted from my account?
Yes, if you return merchandise for a refund, the amount of the Reward Dollars you earned will be deducted from your account.
What if I have a problem with a merchant that I can't resolve?
The purchase transaction is made directly between you and the merchant, the same as if you made the purchase in a store. If you cannot resolve an issue directly with the merchant, you can contact your credit card customer service to ask if they can be of help.
Where can I verify purchases made on the Shopping Mall?
Go to the "My Account" page. It will list all purchases made by you on the Shopping Mall.
How often are purchases posted to the "My Account" page?
Purchases are posted twice monthly as follows: Purchases made between the 1st and the 15th of the month are posted by the end of the month. Purchases made between the 16th and the end of the month are posted by the 15th of the following month.
What if I make a purchase and the merchandise is back ordered?
A purchase will not post to the "My Account" page until after the merchandise has been shipped.
What if a purchase does not show on the "My Account" page after 45 days?
If you are still missing a purchase after 45 days, use the email help requestor on the "My Account" page to request help.
What if a retail merchant does not honor the Point of Sale discount I'm supposed to receive when I make a purchase using the special NEA Members Dividend Club Code?
Contact Member Services via email with the following information: Merchant Name, Store Location, Date of Purchase, Amount of Purchase, Name of Clerk. We will contact the Merchant to find out what happened and get the issue resolved. You can contact Member Services using the Request for Help at the bottom of your "My Account" page.
